North Texas Chapter of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors
TAREI - Our chapter of
local Home Inspectors, affiliates and members
are dedicated to consumer protection in the home buying process. We make it our
business to monitor legislation and all aspects of the Real Estate Industry in
the state of Texas. The orginization provides leadership, training and upholds the standards of
the the Real Estate Inspection Industry. Our chapter has members from all over the DFW area to
include Dallas, Ft Worth (Tarrant), Denton, Collin Counties. New homes as well as previously occupied
houses should be inspected for maximum consumer awareness.

no commissions at stake and will never offer to repair items found through the
process of the home inspection. We have one goal in mind, CONSUMER PROTECTION.

possible about a home so that you can make an educated decision about your

TAREI Home Inspector Association
Monitors construction techniques, laws and Real Estate trends that are constantly
evolving. Our members meet on a regular basis and discuss issues of the day as a
means of staying in tune with the ever-changing market. Unfortunately, not every
Licensed Inspector in the state is a member of TAREI. To ensure that your
inspector is well educated, consumer friendly, and on top of today's market,
make sure the inspector you hire is an active TAREI member.
